Steve is a former UBS Private Bank CEO with nearly 40 years in global wealth management at firms like JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. A Bucknell and MIT Sloan alum, he now pursues acting and has served on the boards of the Roundabout and Vineyard Theatres.

Steven is a seasoned healthcare executive with a track record of scaling multistate operations through strategic planning and M&A. He’s held CEO, COO, and executive roles at WestBridge, Walgreens, ChemRx, and more. A Wharton AMP graduate, he also holds an MBA from Regis and a BBA from Northeastern.

Jim Jenkins is a seasoned healthcare finance executive, most recently serving as CFO at Beth Israel Lahey Health – Plymouth and Interim Corporate CFO of BILH. With 20+ years of experience across diverse hospital systems, he specializes in strategic finance, system optimization, and operational turnaround.

Robert C. Sexton is a seasoned international lawyer and former VP & General Counsel at Amgen, with 35+ years of global legal and business experience across the life sciences and healthcare industries. A multilingual leader, he specializes in cross-border transactions, compliance, and strategic risk management.

Brian is a seasoned board director and former Chief Audit Executive with 35+ years of experience in finance, risk, and governance across firms like KKR, Lazard, and Morgan Stanley. Currently an Operating Partner at Cadiz Capital, he advises fintech, healthcare, and investment enterprises, driving strategic transformation and integrity-led performance.

Dr. Mary Mason is the CEO and Founder of Little Medical School, a global healthcare education franchise. A board-certified internist and former Chief Medical Officer at Centene, she has led national clinical programs and founded the Centene Institute for provider education. She holds an M.D. and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
